No Florida Trial This Year

Judge Aileen Cannon, the Trump appointed judge in the southern district of Florida has finally delivered for Trump by setting an indefinite trial date, postponing this trial until after the November election. This was the Mar-a-Lago illegal holding of documents case.

This may have just freed up the trial calendar for the Washington DC conspiracy to interfere with the lawful vote count and Georgia RICO conspiracy cases.

Also, there are 18 new indictments in Arizona, naming the ‘alternate’ electors and co-conspirators Trump, Rudy Giuliani, Ken Chesbro and others for a conspiracy that allegedly targeted many key states by executing a plan to throw the 2020 election by using a group of ‘alternate’ state electors.

Several of the co-conspirators have already pled guilty for the same charges in Georgia, and have turned states’ witness.

More cases are expected to be brought forward in PA, MI and possibly more states as the feds reign in the alleged multiple state conspiracy to defraud the government and the people of the United States.

New York District Attourny Alvin Bragg’s Hush money to influence the 2016 election case is about halfway complete, with testimony from porn star Stormy Daniels, ex Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal, Trump’s “fixer” Michael Cohen, The National Enquirer’s ex CEO David Pecker and others providing an interesting couple of weeks. The prosecution is bringing the case that Trump falsified accounting records to cover up payments for non disclosure and “catch and kill” stories through the National Enquirer to influence the 2016 election.

A ruling is expected to come down this month from SCOTUS regarding presidential powers of immunity from criminal prosecution. This ruling hangs over all federal criminal cases against Donald Trump, who allegedly commited crimes while he was president.

Analysts say SCOTUS seem likely to rule in favor of some immunity, but the result might see the case remanded back to the US District Court to determine which powers should or shouldn’t be included and all of the legal molasses that would produce to effectively delay every federal criminal case against Trump until well after the election.

The 6-3 super majority Conservative bench, has, at the very least, imposed an unnecessary delay and is working against the principles of swift justice and a speedy trial, in the opinion of some analysts.

There is so much day to day minutia to cover in the trials, the only way to stay current is to follow those who are in the venues attending court and providing analysis. For this and access to the motions, appeals, rulings, and the meanderings of the proceedings, bookmark and follow:
